It was such a joy to join Amy and Jake in Boise for their wedding!  Amy is my cousin and it is always special to document moments for family members.  Amy and Jake are this beatuiful couple just oozing with joy and excitement for the future.  They both have deep loves for their family and their commitment to Christ.  Something that is always so beautiful to witness at any wedding.  It was also a joy for me to watch Patrick, my husband, preform the ceremony.  I think this is the third or fourth wedding where he has performed the ceremony and I got to take the pictures.  I always like taking his picture!

The day that Amy and Jake were married was forecast to be 100 degrees and sunny.  We were so blessed to have a cloud cover for most of the day which cut down on the heat.  They were married in the Boise Botanical Gardens which is so pretty.  Make sure to watch the highlight video posted above to get a more complete look of their day.  Below are some of my favorite featured images from the day!  Amy and Jake I hope you enjoy!

The beautiful bride…Hayley and Manny’s day was filled with thoughtful details–this is one of my favorites.  She put tiny, nostalgic pictures right into her bouquet.  I believe this is her with her father!  Isn’t that adorable!

This was a beautiful session! I had such a great time with the Schmidt Family in their afternoon family session.  Earlier this year I had the privilege of taking their son Devon’s senior pictures and it is always a great compliment to have a family schedule another session.  They are such a delightful family and I had a great time snapping these pictures with them.  Not only were they fun to be with they are truly a beautiful family.  They brought me to a little park that was new for me.  If you don’t know this already, I LOVE new locations!  It fuels my creativity and excitement for the shoot.  Although this park was small it was a great background for their family shoot.  I will be going back to this location for sure!

Beautiful!  The oldest daughter was never happy with her Senior pictures, so we took some time showcasing her so she would have some pictures that she could enjoy.  We can always capture each of your children’s personality at a family session.
